Our Staff

Bruce Nemet is President, Founder and Lab Director for Resolution Analytics. He currently serves as Quality Assurance Officer and still performs much of our liquid and ion chromatography analysis, both in-house and on-site. Formerly, Bruce served as the HPLC Lab Supervisor for Entropy, Inc. and helped method test several current EPA methods, including CTM 027, EPA Method 8A and Draft Method 20X. His knowledge of liquid and ion chromatography, particularly with applications associated with air sampling, is extensive. In addition to managing Resolution Analytics (and babysitting its staff), Bruce has a variety of personal interests and hobbies that include scuba diving, flyfishing, motorcycling, miniature wargaming, traveling, classical music, winetasting, and golf.

Elliot Alimov is our mercury specialist. He commands no less than five different instruments allowing us to achieve mercury results for a variety of source sampling methods, including OHM and the soon-to-be promulgated 30B. Elliot's mercury lab is capable of detecting mercury as low as 1 part per trillion and is currently awaiting construction of Resolution Analytic's first fully equipped mobile mercury lab! Elliot's interests outside his mercury lab include photography, computers, motorcycling and golf.

Teran Simon is our gravimetric and wet chemistry analyst. Teran's gravimetric lab has a record of unmatched accuracy and precision in gravimetric analysis. His attention to detail in report writing, sample analysis and method application outbests even the best of labs. If you desire high performance analysis for your condensable or PM 2.5 particulate test project I cannot imagine a better analyst than Teran. Outside Resolution, Teran's interests include computer graphics, golf, music, home improvement projects and raising his two children Aiden (3 yrs old) and Evlyn (1 yr old).

B Lepage Brandy LePage is the newest member of our staff and helps out where needed. Brandy has a degree in Biological Sciences, with a minor in chemistry from Clemson University. Her primary focus since hired has been mainly with the mercury lab. Outside Resolution, Brandy's interests include gardening, decorating, travelling, college football and now golf.

Winfred

Behind the staff of Resolution sits our Office Manager, Winfred. Without Winfred, Resolution Analytics would probably collapse in upon itself. He keeps us organized and on track. Winfred also occasionally travels to supervise our on-site testing service. Having been accused of impersonating too many stack testers, we try to keep Winfred back home most of the time. Winfred's interests include gardening, airplane modeling, music, skiing, and, of course, golf. He also enjoys raising his two children, Zucchini and Mahelmahey.
